Philosophy

The NWISC Academy Program is a training program designed to focus on the developmental needs of those who show heightened interest in soccer. The program is offered for boys and girls ages U8-U11.

Objectives/Benefits

1. To provide quality coaching, NWISC staff and curriculum to match players’ ability.
2. To increase player’s confidence and passion through knowledge and skills.
3. The program will promote fun, developmental and educational training sessions for all players.

Coaching

The Academy program offers both a girl’s team and a boy’s team. Coaches are licensed through the US Soccer Federation.

• September 11th – October 31st | November 13th – March 1st | April 20th – June 1st
• Space is limited to the first 15 boys and girls who register.
• Open for both boys and girls
• Critical and key age groups for development
• The Academy Program is designed to focus on the developmental needs of those who show heightened interest in soccer.
• Training sessions will focus on developing the fundamentals of soccer (passing, receiving, dribbling, 1v1, and more)
