More Information

This season we have tied the treat ticket costs into the registration fee. All teams will receive tickets every Saturday. We know the kids look forward to this every game at the concession stand! This makes it easier for coaches and parents so that you don’t have to coordinate tickets each week! The concession stand will be open for all games and parents must sign up for at least 1 volunteer spot/player during the season. This is now a requirement for all parents that are not coaching.

This fall, we’re introducing a $25 Volunteer Due at registration. Why? Last season, just a handful of dedicated volunteers carried the load every single weekend for the entire 6-week season. To make sure we’re not overburdening the same individuals again, we’re asking every family to pitch in and share the responsibility.

Here’s how it works:

  • Volunteer and earn your $25 back. Sign up for a shift to help with concessions, courtesy carts, garbage crew, field maintenance, or parking lot upkeep — and we’ll refund your $25.

  • Don’t want to volunteer? No problem — your $25 will help us pay local groups to step in and cover those essential tasks.

  • Coaches get extra perks! If you coach a team this fall, you’ll automatically get your $25 Volunteer Due back plus a discount on Spring Rec registration as a thank-you for stepping up in a big way.

This small change helps us keep things running smoothly, ensures fairness for all families, and prevents burnout for our most active volunteers. Thank you for helping make NWISC a great place to play!

Frequently-Asked Questions

Q. How much does it cost to play?

$100 for one session. Price is subject to change, so please see the registration details prior to the start of each season. Discounts are available during the early registration period prior to each season.

Q. What if I miss the registration deadline?

We charge a late fee for late registrations, but will only be able to assign your child if there is enough room on a team that is currently formed.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept checks, cash, and credit card (online only).
Q. What age does my child have to be to play?

US Soccer has removed the policy of age groups being decided based on a birth date before August 1st or after August 1st. A player’s age group will now be determined based solely on their birth year. Birth Year Matrix

Q. If I sign my child up and he decides not to play, can I get a refund?
No. Once we receive your registration, we have to pay fees to register your child, so we have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Q. Who will contact me for practice times and games?
Your coach will decide on the practice times and dates to practice. You should be contacted about 2 weeks before the start of the season.
