This season we have tied the treat ticket costs into the registration fee. All teams will receive tickets every Saturday. We know the kids look forward to this every game at the concession stand! This makes it easier for coaches and parents so that you don’t have to coordinate tickets each week! The concession stand will be open for all games and parents must sign up for at least 1 volunteer spot/player during the season. This is now a requirement for all parents that are not coaching.

This spring, you receive $25 back if you volunteer! Why? Last season, just a handful of dedicated volunteers carried the load every single weekend for the entire 6-week season. To make sure we’re not overburdening the same individuals again, we’re asking every family to pitch in and share the responsibility.

Here’s how it works:

• Volunteer and earn $25 back. Sign up for a shift to help with concessions, courtesy carts, garbage crew, field maintenance, or parking lot upkeep — and we’ll refund your $25.

• Coaches get extra perks! If you coach a team this spring, you’ll automatically get your $25 back plus a discount on Fall Rec registration as a thank-you for stepping up in a big way.

This small change helps us keep things running smoothly, ensures fairness for all families, and prevents burnout for our most active volunteers. Thank you for helping make NWISC a great place to play!
